The HESI A2 (Health Education Systems, Inc. Admission Assessment) is an admission exam many BSN, ADN, LPN, and allied health programs require for entry. It can include up to nine sections - mathematics, reading comprehension, vocabulary and general knowledge, grammar, biology, chemistry, anatomy and physiology, physics, and a learning style/personality profile - though most schools require only the academic and science sections. Each program decides which sections to use and what minimum score is needed.
