The ExCPT (Exam for the Certification of Pharmacy Technicians) is the NHA's certification recognized by the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy and accepted in most US states for pharmacy technician licensure. It tests regulations and compliance, drugs and drug therapy, dispensing, and the medication-use process. The exam contains 100 scored questions plus 20 pretest items and is allowed 2 hours 10 minutes.
